What differentiates Kaseya VSA from other similar products?

Kaseya VSA offers deeper automation and scripting flexibility than most RMM tools, making it ideal for complex IT environments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how powerful the automation engine is 鈥� we鈥檝e saved a lot of time scripting repetitive tasks. The remote control feature is stable and works well even over slow networks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI feels dated, and new users may struggle initially. Support could also be more responsive for technical queries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for MSPs or IT teams managing large device fleets. Not beginner-friendly, but worth it if you need serious automation.
