- It builds a perfect bridge with development team. - Proper UI to navigate and track the ongoing process , take updates and details. - Easy way to report bug. putting feature request and keeping internal track.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Process is very smooth and hassle free for all project management and working conversation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI and fields are little complicated to complete and understand.

Perfect management tool , can definitely go for it.
