JIRA is highly customizable Jira's ecosystem is extensive Its having very good reporting and dashboards as compare to peers

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira;s dashboards and reporting features are awesome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AI suggestions are not there in JIRA. They should work upon more Gen AI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They can go with JIRA its best in the industry but it needs proper workflow setup and its bit pricey as well. First check your business needs and then you should go with JIRA.
