What differentiates Jira Service Management from other similar products?
Jira integrates with other Atlassian products in addition to having a marketplace of 3rd party apps which work directly with the platform. This is great for a team that wants to add extra features and options without having to develop their own custom solution/product
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it comes pretty much pre-configured and ready to use out of the box which can help a ton
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that the support tickets created are delayed from the time submitted to receiving it. This delay can be critical for urgent matters where every second counts, ie if we have an outage or a server is down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They have a free trial, use it internally within your team to see how you like it... Don't try to onboard the whole company until you try it yourself and get positive feedback.

What differentiates Jira Service Management from other similar products?
As a user point of view some of the observations are - 1. Easy to use and best user interface. 2. Easily accessible and smooth functionality. 3. Provide different option to filter and assign the different tags to the number of tasks under project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This application helps a lot to manage and maintain the project stability with respect to tracking and development phase floe point of view. Also, this solution is best to keep everyone on the same page so that the progress can be consolidate and easy to present to take further decision.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the observations are - 1. Sometime recomposes are slower than normal. 2. Comment and the tags takes longer time to reflect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for the best project management and tracking solution/tool this is one of the best choices.
