What differentiates Issuetrak from other similar products?

Superior customer service and support. Options for cloud hosted or local install. Excellent product pricing. Highly reliable. Fast.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use for system administrators, customer support reps and end-users (Customers).

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI has not changed much in the past 13 years that we have had the product and seems dated. Although this does not detract from core functionality and outstanding business value of the product, a UI upgrade would be nice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the cloud hosted version vs. the local install version.
