What differentiates InvGate Service Management from other similar products?

The first time we saw the demo, we knew that InvGate Service Management was the product for us! We have over 500 employees and they all need assistance from different levels and departments. We needed something that was easy to use for all parties and kept up with reporting as well. InvGate has its own user self service portal where they can input a ticket. Our agents have their own portal to keep up with their work. The workflows and automations make this so much easier so that tickets are directed to the area they need to go to. It also helps to make sure that tickets are not forgotten about.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the Teams integration. Our AI service agent, Chip, is able to help employees by searching through the knowledge base and providing them an answer quickly. Sometimes, the end user does not even have to input a ticket since they received the information they needed from Chip. This has helped the productivity on both sides.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike about InvGate!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to think more about your end users. They want something that is easy to use and be able to provide them with all the information in one place. Your agents will also thank you for the automations that are set up to keep them focused on what they need to work on and not other work for other areas.
