What differentiates Infosec IQ from other similar products?
Cost and ease of implementation and use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reporting capabilities and web based interface. Gamification of the training presentations also helps since the goal is to get 200+ people to complete a training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting is a little complex and takes time to figure out. Its an important aspect though as it needs to be presented to the regulators in case of an audit. Certain knowledge quizzes are also a big length, could achieve the same result with half the amount of questions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Shorten the quizzes, also provide more precise names for the training courses, some one them have the same names and one can get lost.

Overall ease of use, and relationship with the State of Wisconsin.

Doesn't provide a pre-campaign testing, which can result in errors. Could provide more relevant templates.
