The ease of deployment and use along with superb customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to granularly challenge each employee with targeted training and assessment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of integration into other platforms such as G Suite.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would not hesitate to bring Infosec IQ into your organization. The product they provide will save you any amount of money you spend on it when used to train your employees.

Can be a little cumbersome to do certain things, like knowing what to pick for scheduling campaigns and Phish Sims

Great product. Take the training and you'll be a lot more fluent.
