The functionality and ease of use. There are SO many features that hubspot offers with everything in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The depth of features available. It is simple on the service for the team, but the in-depth features really make it completely customizable

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price, nothing else. It's expensive

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

It's such an easier to use solution than most others out there. Very little training required and so much less of a need to navigate through chaos compared to SalesForce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and ease of training/implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not having texting built into the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend this product if you're looking for an easier to use CRM!
