Really comprehensive tool with exceptional customer success follow up
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the content management capabilities. The fact that I could keep a share link the same but update the content on the back end and have it farm out everywhere was lifechanging.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's silly, but I hate that there's some strange programming issue between HubSpot and Outlook so that buttons and images with rounded corners in HubSpot show up fully sharp-edged in Outlook.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure all your marketing folks get good training on this from the get-go. I was (and am) quite successful on the product but would have been more so if I'd been included in some of the more initial training, especially as the one responsible for all the content management and social media.
