What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Hootsuite Enterprise, it is very easy to manage different social media accounts and do all the operations required to manage them in one dashboard. With a single interface, users are able to manage content scheduling, audience engagement and performance metrics. This kind of consolidation can come in handy for large teams that are trying to synchronize several marketing initiatives across various platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For beginners, Hootsuite Enterprise can be quite complex since it has several functions available. If your teams are not seasoned users of advanced social media management tools, the learning curve may well act as a barrier to uptake and result in the need for more training.

Great product but dashboard is not user friendly

It allows for more analytics of social media where other products are not as robust.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the sentiment analysis and competitor statistics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the scheduling is needing improved, as well as the general layout of the dashboard. Also, integration of apps is a little complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you study, study, study the app before you ever use it. They have a lot of education resources for it.
