What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
Guru is the best at what it is - knowledge management. Other products have flashy features but fall flat at the actual management and creation of knowledge in a database.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Some of the features that make it super accessible - like the Chrome Extension and the Slack integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the reporting/analytics section can use some improvements to provide more valuable insights.
