What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?
They popularity makes it very easy at the moment to integrate new team members. They most propably now how to use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The price is great, it is easy to use and the load times are very short.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They don't offer a great customer service and don't have spanish customer service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team is located in the US, this is one of the best options to choose. However, if your team only speak spanish, I would go for another ATS.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?
What I love Greenhouse is how seamlessly it is for the recruiters to ask for availability and move candidates to different stages. Unlike its competitor like Lever, Greenhouse's operational side is great in that essence and allows me to keep a tighter track activity on all of the candidates and for all opeb jobs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how quick it is to ask for availability from the candidate. I also love how it opens the hiring manager's calendars so I am able to quickly schedule or reschedule if need be.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Greenhouse makes it difficult for me to ask for candidate surveys or when I am conducting a NPS scoring from the interviewing process. I would love to see next steps and follow ups from this that makes it easier to grab candidate feedback!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please use Greenhouse! It is an awesome tool and product for anyone that is hiring and growing and scaling their company. It is great and very easy to use!

The reporting module was cumbersome and tricky to get clear insights from.

Better suited to experienced ATS users who don't need a lot of training support to master the tool.
