THEY REPORT GPS LOCATIONS.
What do you dislike most about this product?
ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANIES TO WORK WITH TO FIX OR REPLACE UNITS. NO REPLIES TO MULTIPLE EMAILS, TAKES 6 MONTH TO FIX ONE. FINANCE DEPT ALSO DOES NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES. OVERALL NO FOLLOW UP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL OF OUR LEADERSHIP IS FRUSTRATED AND OVER GPSINSIGHT. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY ON UNITS THAT DO NOT WORK MONTHLY, HOLD YOU TO THE AGREEMENT, BUT DO NOT PROVIDE FAST FIXES.

I WOULD TELL THEM TO GO ELSEWHERE DUE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
