What differentiates GPS Insight from other similar products?

GPS Insight has proven to be very helpful to me in terms of asset management and fleet tracking. It is reliable and has good reporting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the fleet tracking and reporting feature. It is not only helpful in seeing the real time visibility, but also in going back to historical data in case of investigations and order delivery verification.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not really dislike but I hope the product is able to offer improvement in terms of the movement of fleet and deciding the best route. I have faced issues in cases of traffic/road blocks/new roads when the system was not able to catch it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend this product for fleet management. You might take some time getting comfortable with the software but once you get a hang of it, it is very easy to use and helpful. Customer service is also good in case of any issues.

What differentiates GPS Insight from other similar products?

There are a lot of products out there but this has a great customer service. Pricing is comparable and you will be delighted with the quick resolutions they have - be it tech or manual interventions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can now easily talk with my drivers and have their locations updated. I do not have to call them time to time and get their updates. A big headache off my shoulders.

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes the mobile app takes longer to load up. For eg, my driver complained the other day about the app not starting. The customer services were quick to help but this can reduce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a big headache of managing the field job to go away, just consider this product. Its new, its exciting and it has a great feedback.
