What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?

the functionality of this product is great and it's extremely easy to use especially for new Employees. We've found it to be very secure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

conference calling can be over a private line and the ability to start and stop recordings

What do you dislike most about this product?

the translation software can be a bit "buggy"

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

take the time to consider this and give it a 30 day trial run in your organization

Sometimes call get drops all of a sudden which is not a good thing.

I like the fact that this product ensures voice call between members in each department is very effective and productive.

I have not disliked any feature of this product since I started using it.

This product is very effective in organizing voice call from different locations and I highly recommend.
