What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?

The free plan provides a variety of useful features for texting on your computer and phone without giving up your real number.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the ability to text on both my computer and phone without purchasing a mac.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it is run by Google, their customer support is basically non-existent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a good, budget texting service, then this is a solid candidate.

Merge multiple phone number into single number so i can access them easily without any hard work.

What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?

I was able to create a Google Voice number for free that I can use through my personal phone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that I'm able to utilize two numbers on one phone. I've mainly used the Google Voice as my business number so that clients can communicate with me without needing to give them my personal number. I love that it also texts and emails you messages so that there are a variety of ways to both receive and respond to communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's difficult to copy over contact lists and the Do Not Disturb feature doesn't seem to work as it still lets me know I have missed messages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! It's a great, inexpensive tool!
