Like Google Chat, super simple and easy to use which is better in the right circumstances.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity, everything is super intuitive!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don鈥檛 rely on it as a main form of communication, if I did I feel like I wouldn鈥檛 appreciate the look of the software as much.

What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?
This software is unique because of how simple it is to set up and use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google Voice is one of the most user-friendly and adaptable voice programs available. In all honesty, it outshines the vast majority of its rivals. It's not complicated, has a straightforward design, and lets you control all of your business email accounts (Gmail, etc.) from a single administrative dashboard. In the same way, it functions equally well whether accessed through a web browser or a mobile app, you can do it either way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial call over Google Voice could fail if your internet connection is shaky. I frequently find myself making calls, seeing the loading message, canceling the call, and then making it again when I am in an area with poor reception or data. The first call will load endlessly, but the second call will always go through. This is hardly the major problem, and the benefits exceed the drawbacks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software comes highly recommended by me due to how simple the first configuration is. Through Google Business Hub, adding employee access is a simple process. It imported our existing business number in a very straightforward manner. It is simple to add voicemail and to specify work hours.
