What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?
One of the best features of Google Vault is the search option. We can easily search any information within Gmail snd other supported applications. It is very helpful as we have to analyze and export the user details from Gmail. It is highly reliable and secured solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1) Great search functionality. 2) Easily integrate with the applications. 3) A web-based application and hence no installations are required. 4) Automatic email and document retention. 5) one of the best solutions to retrieve data from Google apps such as Gmail and Drive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1) e-Discovery could be improved. 2) More search options shall be introduced.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to export and do some e-Discovery on your data, then this is the right choice for you.
