What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?
Google Vault simplifies the process of archiving Gmail. Email, chat, and Google Drive are all archived using this service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our environment is simply integrated with Google Workspace as a Google administrator. The user interface through which data is entered and accessed. This API (Python) is extremely well described, and I used it to store chat and email exports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When exporting mails with the previous version, there were a lot of mistakes, and exports were taking a long time. You may need to create a support case with Google if you can't find answers to your questions in the manual.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For email archiving, Google Vault is the best option. I've been taking it for the last five years and have had nothing except positive results. Useful for archiving chat and email data in pst via the administration portal.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?
The archiving of Gmail is made simple and straightforward by Google Vault. We rely on it to safely archive all of our communication channels, including email, chat, and Google Drive. As an administrator of Google Workspace, I found that it integrated seamlessly with our ecosystem. The front end where all of the information is stored there. In this particular instance, I have made use of Google Vault to store chat and email exports, and its application programming interface (API) is extremely thoroughly defined.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google Vault is currently the most effective solution for archiving email. I've been utilizing this method for the past five years and have had a lot of success with it. Extremely helpful for archiving chat data as well as getting mail data back in pst from the administrator portal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not a lot of documentation for some kinds of problems, and in order for Google to assist you, you will need to create a case with them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a low-cost tool that does not impose any limitations on the user in terms of size or storage capacity. We have reaped the benefits of having the capability to retain emails in a dependable manner for an undetermined amount of time.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?
Google Vault has the best data retention policy that allows user to utter the amount of time that certain data will be stored in the google vault and using it is very easy.

The favorite aspect about google vault for me is that i can easily integrate G-suite applications.
