What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?
Google Vault makes it simple and manageable to archive Gmail. We use it to securely archive all of our Google Drive, chat, and email. It is simple to use, and almost no training is required.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature of Google Vault is its mobility鈥攊t can be accessed from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection. Its UI/UX design, which is easy to use and understand, is another thing I like. Additionally, I like how quickly and effectively you can search through your data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that deleted account information cannot be accessed is one feature of Google vault that I do not like. They ought to work on this, in my opinion, to provide permanent storage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since we use multiple Google products, the fact that Google Vault seamlessly integrates with other G-suite applications is a significant benefit. proficient auditing and analysis in a very safe and accurate manner.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?
It has a reliable and effective information governance model. The capability to preserve data for a specific time period is unique and unmatched.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can store/preserve your data for as long as you want but still be able to remove it any time you want. The eDiscovery model is transparent and sends you a comprehesive copy of your preserved data during storage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Has rigid rules for data editing and export.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great way to preserve your gmail and drive sensitive data but at a costly price.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?
It's different from other programs because it's hard to set up and takes a long time, but it's worth it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using Google Vault, preserving your Gmail inbox is a breeze. With it, we can safely save copies of anything sent or received via email, chat, or Google Drive. Managing Google Workspaces is a breeze in our current setup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Vault is an incredible archive but not a fantastic search tool. Some fundamental capabilities, such as deduplication, are absent. It's also difficult to export specific chat sessions and documents.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're not very familiar with Google Workplace and this is your first time using Google Vault, I highly recommend calling a Google Workspace support agent from your admin account; they'll walk you through the full procedure and may even set up a virtual Hangout to assist you.
