What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Four things, it's free, it's reliable, it isn't exactly "easy" to customize to suit your needs but there's so much easily accessible training available that it might as well be.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It captures so much actionable data that it's sometimes difficult to explain to unfamiliar stakeholders that you have it all at your fingertips.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That the updates over the years have tended to render large chunks of historical data effectively useless. or the very least too difficult to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
That is not and never has been terribly intuitive so play in it as much as possible to learn your way around but also take advantage of all the available training.

The accuracy of segments can be affected by data sampling, and I believe improvements are required in this regard. Furthermore, it would be helpful to have more advanced data visualization options and the ability to effortlessly share those visualizations with my team.
