What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

- Easy to use - precision for transcription - provide valuable insights - easy to share the call and track who is reviewing - easy to coach the team based on their call structure - takes a short time to review conversations with customers and easy navigate tin the call recording

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- option to upload your own videos recorded by zoom and later on share them as tutorial's this allow to see how users is whacing these videos and what part they review what part they skip based on that improve the tutorials

What do you dislike most about this product?

- it takes way to much time to generate the link which cloud be shared with the user. After the call you would like to share the video deciding in the next 5-7 minutes for gong in takes way more longer, keep in mind that at this point the recording cloud be still analyzed but I would need just a link to add to my email

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

- Take it. This product will imprive your team performances especially if you are implementing changes in your sales process will allow for you really easy to coach the team

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Great call recording and transcript quality, easy to share calls and provide call coaching and feedback. Mobile app is a bonus for listening to calls on the go

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the pipeline notification feature, sending you previous calls for upcoming meetings to quickly review if required

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing comes to mind! A great solution

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

The multiple use cases that comes with Gong differentiates it from similar products . At this present time , Gong is useful to my team for sales pipeline management , analyzing sales calls , revenue forecasting and much more .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Gong's AI provisions have made it easier and more effective for my team to identify opportunities and risks within our sales pipeline. Taking full advantage of Gong's AI engagement map and deal boards, it is easier to validate the quality of deals and give priority to the most important sales opportunities , thereby accelerating our sales cycle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally , we have experienced technical glitches while using this software and that is a concern for me. Added to this , I think searching through recorded calls can be faster and less cumbersome for my team, especially when the aim of the search is to zero down on specific informations within the call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams seeking to use Gong must make sure that they already have pre-established sales methodologies and workflows in place. I think Gong is just more effective when the above is already established within a sales team.
