The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Like other conversation intelligence programs, Gong also records our interactions with customers, analyzes what they say, and gives us insights so we can distinguish what is important from what is not. However, what sets Gong apart from other platforms is its elegance, user-friendliness, and, most importantly, its rich feature set and potent analytics that allow us to dig deeper into our customer data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I was first apprehensive about having my meetings taped, but now I won't hold a meeting without Gong because it has so many features and capabilities that I had anticipated from a conversational intelligence application. Gong conversation intelligence is now my preferred tool. Leveraging features like insights, warnings, and even segmenting meetings to identify key counterpoints, the service offers conversation intelligence.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have relatively few issues with Gong. The transcripts occasionally include phonetic words that don't make sense when read individually but make sense when read together. A global search would be preferable. Additionally, since I receive a ton of gong emails every day, I wish you could set up more email notifications to go to Slack.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Check it out! Gong conversation intelligence enables its users to go back and check any call-related information they might have missed, as well as to exchange it with other group members who are monitoring the discussion. Gong makes it very simple to locate calls where particular subjects are covered or particular concerns were raised.
