Great tool for customers' interatction records

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
The AI is the best; it does help with the analytics portion of the call. I love that it shows the % of who spoke the most in a conversation, as it helps to coach and make yourself accountable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with Outlook and SalesForce is top-notch if you want a "one-source of truth" in client interactions and communications. You can easily see who from the team has interacted with the customer at any point, before and after-sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you score a call using the mobile app, you have to do it in one go because the app won't save your score if you go back to pause the call; you will lose everything. The AI still needs to be worked a bit more on the transcript section because it is common to misspell words, especially for non-native English speakers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to improve the visibility on your operations' and sales' teams efficiency, get this tool for your team!

It's great for many purposes and utilities Improve sales communications, constructive analysis of sales techniques, follow up, pipeline management, email alerts for opportunities that need attention.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Has been an amazing resource to the sales team, provides an incredible amount of data and insights has brought significant impact to the growth of our team, we like the easy to set up Trackers and keywords, the Ability to make dashboards for score calls, the intuitive Agreement Dashboard to help with project management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it does not have pre-established filters to do common searches.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend to all companies to manage calls and meetings. Helping document meeting notes and saving them for a later date without wasting time is a huge benefit for sales people.
