What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

We had trouble knowing which of our customers were willing to buy our products and services. Freshsales has been the answer to that, and has greatly increased our productivity, because we are better organized with its omnichannel communication system

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This sensitive CRM allows you to make calls and integrate emails. It allows adding and managing many customer accounts, as well as leads. This is done in an organized and properly distributed manner. It is excellent to be able to implement the advantages of classic interactions (emails, chats, phone calls) on the website

What do you dislike most about this product?

We dislike that the process of adding tasks to our list of leads is so slow, as well as the process of importing them, and also of contacts. We do not like that the collaborators of the tasks are so limited in terms of the editing actions that can be implemented in them

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy to use. I use it to collect leads from my website and it is very easy to manage. Create forms easily and implement them on your website to attract leads.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

This is a very complete tool that we use in the sales department to have more control of our sales, our customers and that the sales team has an easy to use software with features that help them meet their goals. It has very complete analytics, such as customer behavior analysis and sales evolution analysis, which allows us to know the performance and progress of the entire sales team, as well as customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this tool because it has many integrated communication channels, such as the integrated telephone, which added to its mobile application, allows us to answer phone calls from our mobile. We can also create sales reports, along with the sales reports generated by the tool, so that the reports presented, contains the information that is needed in a personalized way for our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love that they could integrate Whatsapp, in this way we would expand the channels of communication and sales with our customers. Migrating all the information from the computer to the software was a process that took us weeks, so you have to be patient to get it done. We tried to communicate with customer service to achieve a faster information migration process, but we were never able to establish communication.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We tried systems that we thought we needed functionality and analytics, but those systems were too expensive and costly to maintain. Freshsales, Freshchat, Freshmarketer and Freshdesk make a powerful and affordable system that includes what we need to produce the right results: great customer relationships.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Extremely simple to use, Utilizing FreshDesk, FreshCaller, and FreshSales at the moment. Excellent integration; everything functions smoothly. Given that both sales and marketing functions are included, it is comprehensive. Additionally, this contains the new chat feature we use on our website. Initially, it was incredibly user-friendly, the most important quality in a system like CRM, often utilized throughout teams in a company. The main advantages of new sales are ease of access and navigation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our organization benefits from its artificial intelligence features by automating and streamlining challenging processes. When working on a project requiring our clients' involvement, Freshworks is quite helpful for our sales pipeline and communication needs. Even a complete novice can quickly pick up on these characteristics. Other than The assistance is efficient, quick, and painless. Filters are excellent; they are quite helpful when looking for specific data. The use of reports is similarly simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would adore this feature if they offered interaction with other social networks besides LinkedIn, such as Instagram and Facebook messaging. They only have a few integration modules at the moment. Additionally, handling and transmitting files takes considerably longer than importing them, and occasionally it gets stuck, forcing me to repeat everything. One drawback is that the software takes longer to load when the database is heavily filled.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Additionally, various overviews can always be customized to access essential details. Workflows and pipelines can be automated as necessary. The help desk provided by Freshworks is excellent. You can contact customer service by phone, chat, or email using the ticket system. The support staff is available at all times.
