Nothing as sort dislike but they've lot of catching up to do compared with the top crm products

The way they design was totally different and it's so simple to use.

As of now everything woks well. No dislike from my side
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I want them to add more integration with native apps instead of depending on the Zapier. It an extra cost for us.
