What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Every time we bring anyone for training it is easier to handle the system compare to other CRM we have used before. We are able to do so much more at a lower price with Freshworks. It has a user-friendly interface and simple to use. Support is good and responsive to every technical query we had. It is flexible and we can regularly change it to fit our needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Freshsales CRM has enabled us to measure our conversation rates and know which leads went from sign-up to demo. to closing. Our Sales Rep have now a better understanding of where leads are coming from and how they are progressing and this helps them know where to shift their focus moe to drive more sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When analyzing large data sets it can be tedious.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are able to gather enough data about leads with Freshworks and analyze them to close more deals. Our experience with the product has been fantastic and i would not hesitate to recommend it for other users to use it.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Freshsales is easy to use and setup.It is highy customizable and offers more automations.It offers a transaparenet pricing plan and scalable CRM solution.Freshsales accelelrates sales cycle ,improve productivty and revenue.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the automation feature it provides has it has helped our sales team focus more on selling rather than manual data entry.It automates the process of assigning leads to sales representatives located in different locations and bulk emailing.As a Sales manager i love how easy it is to generate reports and to be able to analyze and forecast sales.In one dashboard i can manage all my work such as leads
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't come across any issues of concern for the time i have been using the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
FreshSales scales with you and is the best alternative to to other CRM out there.It is affordable and easy to adopt to.With Freshsales closing deals is easy and fast.

The user interface is easy to use and the customer support team is responsive.It also offers a free plan to users that no other CRM product in the market offers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customizing the dashboard is limited.

I recommend using Freshsales for its affordable pricing plan and its array of client support options it offers. It is a great alternative for Salesforce.
