What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?
I absolutely love FreshBooks because it鈥檚 so easy to use and perfect for creatives like me. It simplifies everything from invoicing to tracking expenses and time, so I don鈥檛 have to worry about the numbers. The customer support is amazing, and the mobile app lets me manage my projects on the go, which keeps me productive and connected with clients. It just makes running my business so much easier!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My absolute favorite part of Freshbooks is how easy it is to collect payments from clients. I've been using it for over ten years and have never had an issue getting paid.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see a more robust proposal designer but it's so low on my list that it's not even a real pain point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at all the options and find the one that works best for your use case. I love Freshbooks, but that doesn't mean it's the best solution for you.
