Honestly I have not had any experiences with the product that I could truthfully indicate as a dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering any additions or changes to your cybersecurity stack, you need to check out this solution. Cost effective, removes management burden, often replaces 3 or 4 tools in a traditional security stack.

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
The sales team is available, helpful and knowledgeable which makes it much easier to sell to prospects. Doing live demos to prospects that have been customized a bit to suit the industry is a huge win. Given that the product is a complete solution it reduces the need for additional vendors to create the perfect product to ensure my clients security. Being able to provide assurance that all of the reporting data comes from the same source of truth gives us a lead up from the competition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the threat hunting/behavioral learning. This keeps us ahead of the competition that can only react to incidents instead of being able to predict them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't much I don't like about Covalence.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Time is of the essence, the threats are real and getting more sophisticated every day. The value of Covalence vs the impact to your business from a cyber breach is immeasurable.
