I have not worked with other products, however, this was the best experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once you get the know the product and how it's used it's very efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing comes to mind.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask them for someone close to their area that is currently using Exterro. We did and reached out to those customers to get feed back. It was well worth it.

What differentiates Exterro E-Discovery from other similar products?

This was my first go at Exterro, I was the engineer selected for implementation so I did not have any knowledge of other or similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once it was up and running, hearing the amount of time it had saved staff to do work!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly do not have anything that I disliked!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Follow the recommendations from Exterro's team to ensure it is sized correctly for your organization!
