What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?
We are embracing the use of Dynatrace within our organization. It is being used elsewhere within the company as we are able to discover issues in software development and production faster and more accurately than ever before and its AI-driven monitoring capabilities of our infrastructure has been useful in enabling us to deliver flawless products and services to our customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best contribution of artificial intelligence is how it uses artificial intelligence to provide you with comprehensive analytics on the performance of your infrastructure and how it easily integrates with a wide variety of products and 24/7 monitoring of infrastructure and applications and more importantly how it generates detailed monthly reports on application performance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Acquiring this artificial intelligence has a very high cost compared to other similar monitoring software and requires time and effort to develop the necessary skills to use it well. As also Dynatrace has bugs that can make it take a long time to identify and analyze processes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very appropriate to say that Dynatrace is excellent and recommended after achieving the first stages of implementation, the dashboards are very easy to add, configure and share is great for application monitoring for infrastructure monitoring is excellent. Suitable for large enterprises must perform extensive daily monitoring of applications.

Dynatrace has similar features as other competitive products how the ease it provides to use the KPI and Navigation within product makes it unique. It actually helps IT and Application Users to drill down the issues easily and Quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Application Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not all Operating System is supported , agent cannot be customized.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dynatrace is a nice product and can be core APM solution for your organization. This product is definitely going to help in your Application Downtime reduction and hence the business loss savings.

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?
Through dynamic monitoring of our applications and reports, Dynatrace has enabled us to, among other things, visualize the path taken by our users, identify the most popular locations and products, and implement corrective actions and proactive improvement to enhance our users' and customers' overall web and mobile experiences. With the help of Dynatrace, we have switched from being reactive to being proactive. The product has given us information on issues we may not have known about otherwise. As a result, we were able to concentrate on those issues before they became a problem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
While other large vendors have spent their time patching and updating their methods to meet today's demands, Dynatrace went back to the design board and built something unique to meet those needs. We discovered that AI works well in our contexts. In my firm, Dynatrace is utilized to monitor the performance of our online and mobile apps for our users. We were able to measure traffic and its influence on our apps, as well as discover problems and take actions to enhance our users'/customers' experiences, thanks to this analytic tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We haven't come across many complaints about Dynatrace. I believe the only thing that needs to be improved in terms of license consumption capacity for particular groups. This provides the option to create quotas for license pool portions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is simply appropriate for any sort of business or organization to save time on performance research in order to attack weaknesses and provide the greatest online and mobile experience to the audience. Dynatrace is a fantastic partner for us, and they continue to develop on a weekly basis. They truly set the standard for comprehensive 360-degree surveillance.
