What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Our design team of 10 people works on a lot of files together. the activity feed on the dropbox website is very helpful. it shows me a running list of all the recent changes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can see that my colleague just added a new photo to the project folder, or that my manager left a comment on one of my designs. it helps me stay up to date without getting a million email notifications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the activity feed was more prominent in the desktop app. i always have to go to the website to see it. it would be nice if it was right there in my mac's menu bar.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great way to passively keep an eye on what your team is working on.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox is cross platform by design. It works well from my experience, on Android, macOS , and Windows devices. It also has a version for my web browser. As a result, I and members of my team and department are able to work together and collaborate from different locations, not minding our preferred operating system or device type.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dropbox integration capacity have proven to be helpful to me . I integrate Dropbox with regular software tools I use like Asana and Microsoft 365. By so doing, I am able to automate large aspects of my day to day workflow, empowering me to work faster, be more efficient , leading to higher productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To be fair, I have always been impressed with the quality of productivity, that Dropbox brings into my day to day work-life. The only concern I have about Dropbox has been around its admission in the past, that it shares user data with third parties. This is the one aspect of Dropbox that I have concerns and am very cautious about, especially because of the nature of my job role.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think that Dropbox is a good fit , for teams who prioritize collaboration and security. It is important to note that Dropbox lacks end to end encryption , meaning user data can be decrypted by Dropbox if there is a need to.
