What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox was at the top in terms of performance, reliability, and features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It integrates well with macOS, making it easy to share files, control whether files are in the cloud or local, see the current sync status for each file, and more, right from the Finder. It also supports macOS file meta (keywords, color tags, etc.).
What do you dislike most about this product?
File text search functionality needs continued improvement. Dropbox file security and fraud prevention need improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It was the only service available to us that was fast enough, reliable enough, and full-featured enough for our needs. It is excellent for both cloud-based project collaboration and cloud-based file sharing. For single-user setups, Dropbox may be overkill. There are cheaper or even free alternatives that may meet the needs of many users.

Management can be a bit complicated for a large organization. Sync can sometimes be slow especially with large folders.

Beneficial when a company needs secure file backup and a team needs to work together. Collaboration is a major strength allowing for minimal setup.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox Business is a great tool for project management and file sharing. Our agency uses the software to internally and externally create, modify, and share files for a number of communications, marketing, and fundraising projects and campaigns. It is a tool we use practically daily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love the fact that real-time synchronization is possible. It's great when you do not have to wait for a file to sync overnight or over a few days, it is almost instant.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like the fact that you have to manually enable File Viewing for each individual file or document you wish to share with external users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely and highly recommend Dropbox Business for marketing agencies and non-profit organizations alike. It's perfect for file sharing and management both with internal and external parties.
