What do you dislike most about this product?

I actually have no complaints about Dropbox, it just catches my attention that when I use it from the Browser sometimes when a lot of time has passed, Dropbox sends me an authentication code, then an alert email and maybe it's a lot of information But I suppose that is necessary for my security and to protect the information in a very secure way. Incorporating more customization features may be important in some organizations that like to have corporate branding in the tools they use.

Without a doubt, I can recommend Dropbox for its multiple functionalities. An interested person can try the free version before paying for licensing, which makes it easier to make sure it is really what that organization needs.
