What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Unlike Google Drive, it doesn鈥檛 force everything into an online-editing ecosystem, which is great for teams that work with different software tools. The file syncing is also faster and more reliable than Google Drive, especially when dealing with large files.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Smart Sync. It lets me access files on my desktop without using up all my hard drive space. I also like the detailed file activity logs, which help track who鈥檚 accessed or edited something鈥攗seful when working with multiple stakeholders.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Collaboration isn鈥檛 as seamless as it is with Google Drive. If multiple people need to edit a file, we still have to download, edit, and re-upload, which isn鈥檛 ideal
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team deals with large files (videos, high-res images), Dropbox is a better choice than Google Drive.
