What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
I work in marketing for a 22-person tech company. when we share a file with a link, we want it to look like it's coming from our company. dropbox business lets us add our company logo and a background image to our shared links.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It makes us look so much more professional. when a client clicks a link, they see our brand, not just the dropbox brand. it's a small detail but it makes a big difference in how we are perceived.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes an admin to set up the branding. a normal user can't change it. i had to ask our it guy to upload our new logo when we rebranded last year.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you care about your brand image, this is a great feature that makes you look more professional.
