What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
You鈥檙e not just storing files; you鈥檙e working on them in real time, and everyone鈥檚 on the same page鈥攍iterally. No endless back-and-forth emails with attachments
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I don鈥檛 need to keep everything on my hard drive鈥攋ust what I鈥檓 currently working on. And when I do need an older file, it鈥檚 like magic; I click, and it鈥檚 there, synced and ready.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What bugs me the most is the file versioning. Sure, it鈥檚 there, but the interface for it feels clunky. If I鈥檓 trying to revert a file to an earlier version, it鈥檚 like a scavenger hunt to find the right one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It鈥檚 easy for things to get chaotic if everyone鈥檚 dumping files everywhere. Also, if you鈥檙e juggling a lot of data, upgrade your internet speed鈥擠ropbox likes to sync, and it can hog your bandwidth.
