What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?

Unlike others, DocuWare allows us to securely archive critical business documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and checks. Accessing and sharing documents for group work is a breeze. It helps us stay on top of things and creates searchable "memos" of our files. In a nutshell, this app makes file sharing a cinch for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to do a search using the whole document has become one of my favorite features. I like that Docuware works both locally and in the cloud. If there's anything that requires my signature at the office, I can sign on and approve it immediately. The fact that it is accessible over the web means I can use it from any location, which is very useful for my telecommuting and home office needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They didn't have the most user-friendly search features when I first began using them, but they've become much better. My only complaint is that Docuware's exporting features are minimal. Upgrading storage on the Grandfathered plan is costly, but it enables me to support an infinite number of customers at no extra expense.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Docuware allows staff members in different sections of an organization to respond to a customer's inquiries without transferring them to another department. I adore the system and strongly suggest it to anybody concerned with the safety of their files. Those needing automation solutions have my enthusiastic recommendation; I am pleased with their organization.

Unlike others, it has excellent security, dependability, speedy integration with our IT infrastructure, and a wide range of customization options. Since this platform enables a flow to record each stage of the process, from when an order is submitted to payment is verified, we have improved response times and more precise control over the data.

I enjoy that DocuWare can handle unique documents and store plenty of them. With this system, I can set up an efficient digital workflow and automate your operations for continuous performance. DocuWare accounts are accessible from any location, and I can easily sync our settings and manage our files from any device. It will be easy and quick to import documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

DocuWare has provided us with a positive experience, our only criticism concerns that many of our workers are not based in an office; they do a lot of business travel and would benefit from having access to the software via mobile device. Not enough places for integration, however, have been addressed in recent years.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rapid deployment of the system is possible. Incorporations may finally put their paper woes behind them and adopt this paperless solution. Though DocuWare is a viable option, it's important to double-check your needs and see if there are better alternatives in the market. It is highly recommended for document administration and management in general.

I have been in Document Management since the 90s and are exposed to several higher-priced solutions. DocuWare鈥檚 interface is by far the simplest in the industry. Training my clients on both administrative and user functions systematically yields positive comments. Simple to know screens that are designed from the user鈥檚 perspective, not the programmers.

I love how client-service-oriented this company is. Once my company asked for me to seek out an answer like Docuware offers, I created several calls to multiple vendors. Docuware was the sole one ready to justify their product to me in a way that I, as an IT person, might understand. Throughout their software system implementation, our Docuware project manager was continually a fast phone call or e-mail away to resolve any problems we experienced. What do you dislike most about this product?

I鈥檓 quite new to Docuware so did take a bit of to obtain used to it. Docuware software system is straightforward to use. My only dislike is the way things are set up, can create searching for documents a bit hard. I feel this might be corrected internally with the individuals using the program and our tech team if we modify some of our settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The chances are extremely endless once it involves being able to store, organize and search at intervals this application. There are several storage options when exploiting the desktop software.
