Being able to stamp and track documents

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see reporting capabilities based on stamped items

Working with a third party support vendor works very well for us when regard to the back end technical setup

What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?

Something in which this storage and management system differences from others is its system of conversion of printed documents into digital, so that it can be performed by any new user without additional training

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is its automation system, which reduces the time of process management and control and which in turn reduces the times of results and possible errors due to little human intervention

What do you dislike most about this product?

there is nothing I do not like about this tool, in general it is quite efficient and adapts to professional requirements

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation would be to switch to the cloud, trust that your data will follow us, and your organization will be innovated, allowing you to be prepared for new systems and technological proposals that will take your team to a new level.
