What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Docebo is easy to use and navigate, Customisation of pages and views make is easy for end-users to engage and enrol into training. Setting up training is easy and logical.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that we can customise home pages for different levels, track learning completions, and create workflows to automate emails and reporting. Easy to upload training materials like videos, SCORM and files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are so many different levels of users, power users, admins and customisation of these are time consuming. The menus and pages are not easy to navigate and use. Evaluation of learning after it took place is cumbersome and not great reporting around this. Channels and Catalogues create confusion, and learning plans are not that easy to view from the end-users perspective. When setting up sessions for ILT training in the course management, you are unable to archive older sessions and it becomes cluttered and hard to navigate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy enough to use for non-technical administrators. Very easy to navigate as an end-user and great functionality. Advise vendors to do more training during the onboarding process and cusomisation of system.

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Most LMS I've worked with are straightforward and sparse in design. Docebo is the first to allow completely customizable pages and content customization. This includes CSS and HTML, but also a user friendly widget page design feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The level of customizability - make learning fun and engaging - not a chore to browse courses or do compliance. Also, incredible customer support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some fine tuning for notifications and course display would be nice - and some extra options for gamification.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a look at some example of what other customers have done with this platform and you will most likely be inspired - Docebo is the best LMS I've worked with.
