What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

I've been working with learning management systems and other SaaS products since the late '90s - Docebo's customer support is second-to-none in my experience. All such platforms have their strengths and weaknesses and this quality, timely support is the key differentiator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have a favorite. What's there is adequate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has created a lot of difficulty and limitations that all assignments must be graded. There is not enough options to turn some features off in developing self-directed, ungraded learning. Providing training for our SaaS products doesn't need grades. Our audience is working professionals, not school children.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it has most of what you're looking for, the support will make up for the shortfalls.

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

We chose Docebo because it is the best learning management system, ideal for facilitating the training of employees, partners and customers. It is very userfriendly both for learner and administration and this is strength for adoption.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very simple and fast configuration (both functional and integration aspects). You can create a highly engaging learning experience by using built-in tools and the rich library of third-party content. e-learning content provision.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some customizations are not yet available. Integrated reporting and analysis to be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Docebo because it allows you to comprehensively manage the learning experience while supporting your company's learning strategy. Docebo engineers will be able to help you understand how to best structure the full potential of the tool.
