What differentiates Dialogflow from other similar products?
Dialogflow has quite some amazing features. Following are the list of features that differentiates Dialogflow: Multilingual support: engage with your global user/customer base with support for over 30+ languages Analytics: gain insights into agent performance and customer engagements Prebuilt agents: accelerate time to production with a library of agents prepared for common use cases Supplemental questions: handle deviations in conversations, then gracefully return to the main flow Visual flow builder: quickly see, understand, edit, and share work with interactive flow visualizations
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That Dialogflow supports Omnichannel integration. which means build once, deploy across your contact center and digital channels. WIth this the virtual agent has to be built once for all the use cases and can be replciated as is for all channels together
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some inputs aren't properly recorded, and agent education occasionally doesn't begin when modifications are being saved for agents. The lack of an interface for managing the conversational logics is the element of Dialogflow ES that I like the least. Even though most of the integrations are supported there are still certain key platforms like Whatsapp, Teams, etc that are not available directly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Should definitely try moving ahead with Dialogflow. Dialogflow is really good at understanding the user with Google鈥檚 AI. But the hard part of Dialogflow is creating chatbot flows, making a personalized conversation and storing user information. The list price for Dialogdlow is available on the Google cloud website and I would recommend going through the same to get an idea of the charges

What differentiates Dialogflow from other similar products?
The number of languages that may be used with this application is significantly lower than that of other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dialogflow is an excellent chatbot-building tool with a simple and powerful user interface. It simplifies the creation of chatbots because to its extensive library of pre-built agents and training words.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When the chatbot is ready for live deployment, further integrations can be added. Aside from this, I have no further complaints about the platform because it achieves what it sets out to do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This application comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that it is incredibly simple to operate and can be incorporated into a variety of different social networks.

What differentiates Dialogflow from other similar products?
It's different from other programs because it's so simple to use, because its features are so comprehensive, and because it gives us access to so many of those features without charging us anything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This might be thought of as akin to the simplicity with which a chatbot application can be programmed. Simple and straightforward user interface. The development of a custom Normal chat bot is within the capabilities of even the most novice programmer with access to adequate tutorials. To top it all off, it has a ton of built-in integrations with popular messaging apps, so users can quickly and easily bring their chat bots to market on a variety of channels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
DialogFlow's functionalities are currently in testing stages. There are now just a few of languages to choose from. Inclusion of more languages would be preferable. Regular users may struggle with several of DialogFlow's more complex capabilities. If you have experience with computer programming, that's ideal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It stands out from competing software because its interface is easy and it provides a wealth of functions at no cost.
