It's nlu capabilities, multi agent support, knowledge base ability to integrate with external channels just with a tap

Limited features of handling conv ai flows as we can do only with intent creation

Its natural language understanding is one of the best out there, making conversations feel more fluid and intuitive. The tool is also very user-friendly for those who want to get started quickly, while still offering depth for developers who need customization. That balance between power and ease of use is what sets it apart from other chatbot builders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite thing about Dialogflow is how intuitive it is to set up intents and train the model. Even if you鈥檙e not a machine learning expert, you can still create a chatbot that understands complex user inputs pretty quickly. I also appreciate the prebuilt agents and templates鈥攖hey help save time and give you a head start on your project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most is the pricing complexity and the fact that some features are only available on paid plans. For small businesses or solo developers, it can be a bit limiting. Also, navigating some of the technical documentation can feel overwhelming if you鈥檙e just starting out, as it assumes a bit of background knowledge.
