What differentiates Deputy from other similar products?

We no longer have a problem with personnel getting double booked for a shift thanks to Deputy. Staff holidays were another issue we used to have, but now that they are all entered on deputy, the managers can see who is away when they make their rotas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is user-friendly, beautifully designed, highly intuitive, and has outstanding online assistance. It's a wonderful approach to combine payrolls, scheduling, holiday requests, and timekeeping. I appreciate how effectively this utility functions on both iOS and Android. Both of them have been receptive to this.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm trying to be fair here, but I can't find anything wrong with Deputy. Perhaps some specific or in-depth reports need a little custom work, but as noted, their support team is happy to assist you in building them, so everything is good!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although Deputy has several useful features and is quite simple to use, its live chat support team is by far the service's best "feature." They are always available and even assisted us in creating a special report when we required it.

What differentiates Deputy from other similar products?

We can work together more effectively with this platform thanks to seamless communication. The management of the workforce from any device has been made easier, and it also permits employee interaction regarding work using this software. It offers notifications that maintain our connection in the present.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface of this system is very simple to use. The support staff is excellent and available around-the-clock. To offer open shifts and shift swapping, a company's dashboard can be easily customized. This software is very reasonably priced. When it comes to clocking in and out of work, it is quite effective. Viewing your timesheets and payouts is also quite helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that the same post receives many alerts from the deputy. Through the app, I get a notification that I need to look at it in order to delete it. For the same notification, I additionally receive an email and an email reminder. There are too many reminders to fit in one post.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ability to view your shifts and everyone you work with in an incredibly simple style is the best feature of Deputy. The best features of this platform are how easy it is to schedule and how easy it is for employees. All staff members are pleased with it and find it to be highly user-friendly.

What differentiates Deputy from other similar products?

The advantage I noticed was that it was very smooth and easy to navigate. It provides a lightweight and portable solution for tracking employee hours with minimal effort. Generated timesheets are easy to review, approve and export.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very easy to navigate through the website and app. It helps you keep track of your time at work such as clock in, clock out, and lunch break. Documentation can be easily localized. A great and simple solution to make it easier for your employees to get to work. The Kiosk feature works well and is the main feature we use. Enable useful features such as taking pictures. There is also an option to allow users to track time on their mobile devices using geofencing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The scheduling functionality is not very robust or intuitive. When we signed up it was supposed to be integrated into Netsuite, but that feature is currently out of production and we last heard they were working on it, but don't have an exact timeline. Some employee management features such as set/get PIN code, archive employees, etc. are buried in strange places in the UI and difficult to access.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The user interface is easy to use. It provides just the right amount of information without including issues that might need to be resolved or data that is irrelevant to the issue.
