Compensation Planning & Forecasting Ability to facilitate compensation reviews and planning. Forecasts workforce demand for headcount and budgeting purposes.

Employee Record Includes workforce and employee data such as contact information, address, phone, employee identifiers, employment history, hire and release dates, etc.

Scheduling Includes unloading, delivery, goods issue, and loading date. Integrates shipping, transportation, and receiving calendars and determines scheduling direction.

Self-Service Applicant Portal鈥� The solution provides a robust applicant portal where documentation can be submitted, updated, and where the present status of an application can be tracked.

Time and Attendance Includes time tracking, attendance tracking, vacation tracking, PTO, sick and necessary leave tracking, and alert mechanisms.
