What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The breadth of their Payroll Tax capability. They also do a good job at providing a full suite of integrated functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything is in one platform, which makes reporting and implementation a lot easier. If we didn't use Ceridian and we chose a best in class approach then we would have to build out a lot more integrations and teach our managers multiple systems. Change management is a whole easier when team members and managers are already familiar with the product and don't have to download another app
What do you dislike most about this product?
The custom forms and workflow capability is really lacking. Forms are difficult to create and don't have access to all of the fields you may want to update so we build a lot of forms outside the system and interface the data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To look at their specific circumstances and if they want a best in class approach or a single system approach. If they want a single system approach Ceridian could be a really good fit. If they want a best in class approach then WFM or payroll would be Ceridian's strongest modules.

Ability to have many modules under one umbrella

Constant improvement
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's a limit to the set up for Unionized clients with granular employment contract details
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hire an HRIS Admin, do not load the system administration on the HR department staff. Especially if you are 500 staff and over.
