The agent deployment capability is great compared to similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The agent deployment finding devices on the network

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be quite hard to get used to where all the menus are with the right click function.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Stick with it even if you find it tricky at first. It鈥檚 a great product

What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?

Just the amount of customization and ease of use makes it so much better then the other remote access tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of the remote access install

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that i can think of. Maybe the cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a bunch of computers that are remote and need to manage, i highly recommend this.
