What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Confluence is a perfect tool for Knowledge Management and Document Management, they are well integrated with JIRA on task management which allows documentation seamlessly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seamless integration with JIRA, faster document development.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile version of Confluence is not that friendly, would hope to see that get improved over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering adopting Confluence for Knowledge Management, and have JIRA in place currently, this product will make your life a whole lot easier. Confluence has a rather short coming on its mobile version so if that is something you are heavily evaluating, please see if Mobile version is much needed.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Teams can collaborate on projects, set deadlines, and track each other using Confluence. Search engines, page archiving, and hierarchical page trees are simplified. To make the information more alive, you can use themes and personalize them with your own touches, such as GIFs, photos and videos. With popular programs and platforms like Jira, Team Calendars, and Trello, you can power Pages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Confluence has great capabilities to: Deploy on-premises and in the cloud. Employees can write content, meeting notes, product specifications, and research reports using the editing tool. Allows you to go to documents and comment on them. In one place, you can publish, organize and access company information. Content editing options are available. Images and videos can be added to documents, text can be organized in blocks or tables, and critical comments can be highlighted.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Confluence is expensive for small businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For the following, I recommend Confluence: To create pages, collaborate with team members, and keep track of all your tasks in one place. You can create a knowledge base and use it to provide customers with quick answers and automate the processes behind all project plans.
