What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Confluence is a comprehensive portal for hosting all the organizational documents, it is very easy to change the master document and all the links get updated for accessing by the relevant users. Highlights of the changes and accessibility make Confluence different from similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unlike G-suite it offers a detailed view of the documents, segments of the documents are divided in a legible way. Word processing tool also has many options.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish they offered some easy pull up menu on top of the documents to make the interface more user friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For managing documents, this tool can be one of the easiest tools which makes work life simple.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Confluence creates a great workplace portal for managing the documents. Once a update is made to the document, it brings up the key changes to highlight the areas where updates have been made.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to share documents in cloud with the teams with being able to store as a knowledge base.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface is somewhat intimidating to use, it鈥檚 very easy to get lost from all the placeholders.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Decent tool for managing the documents for the organization, better than Google suites in terms of options.
